STARLIGHT MASTER 15ml restorer and softener for waterpoof color cosmetics

Restorer - your must-have for silicone-based waterproof products. The Restorer will restore the initial softness and allure to eyeshadows; the shadows will become tender again. Additionally, it will make the eye pencil elastic. By the way, it will also soften eyebrow pomade, and not just that. Using it is easy and simple. It's a best friend forever, a magic wand for a makeup artist.

Thin layers work best. Start with one thin layer and let it set. If you want more depth, add one more thin layer on top. One thick layer applied at once breaks the effect instead of improving it. As with any good formula, beyond a certain point a bigger dose simply does not give a better result.

How do I use STARTINT?
Squeeze a small drop from the tube onto a clean, dry eyelid and blend with a finger, synthetic brush, or sponge within 5 seconds. After 30 seconds the product sets, so don't move it after that.
Can I wear it on lips and cheeks?
Yes. The cream-to-powder formula is universal: use it as eyeshadow, lip color, or blush.
How long does it last on the eyelid?
The formula is designed to wear until evening without transfer, even on hooded or oily lids.
Is it vegan?
Yes, fully vegan, with no animal-derived ingredients. Not tested on animals.
Is it fragranced?
No added fragrance. Only a light scent of the base ingredients.
