Shipping & Delivery Policy

International Shipping

We ship internationally using registered postal and courier services with tracking.

All delivery timeframes provided on our website are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local postal services, and peak periods.


Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.

Once an order is shipped, the customer receives a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

An order is considered shipped and fulfilled once it has been handed over to the carrier.


Orders in Transit

Orders with valid tracking information are considered in transit until:

  • marked as Delivered by the carrier, or

  • officially declared Lost by the carrier.

Refunds are not issued while an order is in transit and has valid tracking.

Lack of delivery scans, delayed updates, or temporary pauses in tracking do not indicate loss of shipment.


Item Not Received

If a customer reports that an order has not been received:

  • sufficient time must be allowed for international delivery;

  • tracking information must be reviewed before any resolution is considered.

Orders with active tracking are not eligible for refunds while delivery is still in progress.


Lost Shipments

An order is considered lost only if the carrier officially confirms the shipment as lost.

Delays, extended transit times, or missing delivery scans do not qualify as lost shipments.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing a complete and accurate shipping address;

  • monitoring tracking updates;

  • cooperating with local postal services for delivery or collection.

Failure to collect a shipment or respond to local delivery attempts does not qualify for a refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks filed while an order is still in transit are considered premature.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before filing a dispute so we can assist with tracking updates and delivery inquiries.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this Shipping & Delivery Policy at checkout.
