This satin green waterproof eyeshadow base enhances pigment intensity, prevents creasing, and delivers long-lasting shimmer coverage on all skin types, including oily and hooded eyelids.
Designed for professional and everyday use, STARTINT can be worn alone as a satin green eyeshadow or used as a base for pigments, glitters, pressed, and loose eyeshadows. The suede-like texture sets comfortably without dryness and remains stable in heat, humidity, and active wear.
